Dal Curry















Ingredients

Toor Dal                                 250 grams
Curry leaves                            a few leaves
Red Chilies                             2
Mustard                                  ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds                           ¼ tsp
Garlic                                      4 pieces (optional)
Small onion                             7 pieces cut into small pieces
Coriander Leaves                    1 tbsp finely hopped


Preparation
Cook dal with turmeric and salt.
Heat oil in a pan; Add red chilies, mustard seeds and cumin seed.
Add chopped garlic, small onion and curry leaves.
Fry till golden brown.
Add cooked dal to above mix and allow it to boil.
Garnish with coriander leaves (if required)..
