Capsicum and Potato Curry













Ingredients
Capsicum                     3
Potato                          2
Onion                           1 small
Mustard Seeds             1 tsp
Chilly Powder              1 tsp
Turmeric Powder         1/4tsp
Oil                               as required
Curry leaves                1 stem

Preparation
Cut potatoes and capsicum in to small pieces (same length).
Splutter mustard seeds.
Fry finely chopped onion and curry leaves in 2 tbsp oil till golden brown
Add chilly and turmeric powder.
Add the vegetables to the above mix and cook till vegetables are cooked.
