Grape Wine

Ingredients
Grapes                    1 kg
water                      2 liter
sugar                      1kg
Whole Wheat         150gms
Dry Yeast               1tbl spoon

Preparation
Boil 1 ltr water and make it cool.
Mash the grapes with hands by adding sugar.
Make dry yeast as a liquid mixture by adding little water.
Add mashed grapes , luke warm water ,whole wheat and dry yeast mixture to an earthern pot.
Keep it airtight for 21 days by stiring it everyday.

After 21 days,filter the contents and pour in to glass bottles.
