Banana Fry ( Pazham Pori)









Ingredients:

Rice Powder                           : 1 cup
All purpose flour (Maida)        : 2 cups
Salt                                         : a pinch
Ripe Banana (Ethapazham)      : 4
Soda powder                          : 1 pinch (not mandatory)
Water                                     :  to make batter
Oil                                          : for fry
Preparation:
---------------
Prepare a thick batter using rice powder, Maida and salt.
Cut banana in to slices.
Dip each piece of banana in to the batter and deep fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
Drain the excess oil by putting to a tissue paper.
This can be eaten as a tea time snack!
