Easy Kerala chicken curry

 This is a very easy preparation of nadan chicken curry.It will go well with Rice, Appam, Kerala Pidi












Ingredients:
Chicken                       1kg
Potato                          3(medium sized)
Onion                          4
Ginger/Garlic paste      1 tbl spoon
Salt                            As required
Coconut milk              ½ of coconut
Turmeric powder        1tsp
Chilly powder             1tblsp 
Coriander powder      3/4tblsp
Chicken Masala          1tblsp
Curry leaves                2 stems
Mustard seeds             1tsp
Small Onion                4 onions

Preparation
Clean the chicken and marinate with turmeric, chilly, coriander, chicken masala powder and salt.
Add chopped onions, potatoes and ginger/garlic paste to the chicken and pressure cooker it.
After the main whistle, make 2 more whistles in simmer mode           .

After the whistle is fully gone put the cooker in gas with lid opened.
When it gets boiled, put to simmer.
Add coconut milk and when steam starts coming, switch off the flame.

Put oil in a small pan and fry the mustard seeds, curry leaves and small onion.
When it is fry, add to the chicken curry and serve hot.
