Kerala Sardine Fish Fry

Mathi/Chala Fry









Ingredients
-----------
Sliced Fish              - 10 pieces
Chilli Powder          - 2 tablespoon
turmeric Powder     - 1tsp
pepper powder       - 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste   - 1 tsp
Oil                          - 1tsp
vinegar                    - to mix
Salt                         - as required


Preparation
-----------
Mix all the above ingredients with Vinegar.
Marinate fish with the above mix and keep for 1/2hr to 1 hr.
Fry the marinated fish in hot oil
