Pepper Chicken












Ingredients:
Chicken                       1kg
Onion                           4
Ginger/Garlic paste     1 tbl spoon
Salt                              As required
Turmeric powder        1tsp
Curry leaves                2 stems
Pepper Powder            2tbl
Vinegar                       2tbl spoon

Preparation
Fry chopped onions till golden brown. 
Add ginger/garlic and curry leaves paste to it.
Add pepper powder and turmeric powder and saute well.
Add cleaned chicken pieces and enough salt and vinegar to this and wait till chicken is cooked well.
