Ingredients
Rice powder 2 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
Jagerry 1 cup
Coconut grated 1 cup (thenga kothu)
Small Banana 3
Soda powder 1 pinch (if required)
Mix Little water in jaggery and melt it till full jaggery is melted.
Mix rice powder,maida,banana,jaggery mix in mixie and blend it properly.Add water if required to make batter (similar to edli batter)
fry coconut grated(kothu) in ghee and put in above mix.Leave the batter for 1 to 2 hours
After 2 hours prepare unniappam in unniapa vessel (appakara)
